ESPN’s Brian Windhorst pointed out, “I want to point out two teams: the San Antonio Spurs and the Houston Rockets.” Windhorst highlighted the Spurs’ intriguing draft position, noting they have two picks in the lottery and a 30% chance of landing in the top four.

Imagine Antetokounmpo joining forces with Rookie of the Year Victor Wembanyama, and possibly De’Aaron Fox. “If both Spurs picks jump up… God help everybody in the Western Conference,” Windhorst said. While Houston also holds valuable assets like Phoenix’s pick, the Spurs have quickly become the dark horse. If the lottery favors them, San Antonio could pose a serious threat to land Giannis.
