Alabama Basketball Announces Date for Home Matchup Against Purdue

A highly anticipated matchup for Alabama basketball next season has been scheduled. After visiting Purdue last year, the Crimson Tide will host the Boilermakers on November 13 at Coleman Coliseum. The official tipoff time for the game is still to be determined.

This game marks the return leg of a home-and-home series between the two schools. In their previous meeting, Alabama suffered an 87-78 loss at Purdue last season. The two teams also faced off in 2023 in Toronto as part of the Hall of Fame Series, where Purdue came out on top, winning 92-86.

In addition to the Purdue game, Alabama recently announced another exciting non-conference matchup. On December 13, the Tide will take on Arizona at Legacy Arena in Birmingham. Alabama’s 2025-26 non-conference schedule also features a game against North Dakota, as well as participation in the Players Era Festival in Las Vegas. Additionally, the team will compete in the SEC/ACC challenge, rounding out a challenging and high-profile slate of games for the upcoming season.

With these major matchups on the horizon, Alabama’s basketball season promises to be an exciting one, with plenty of opportunities for fans to see their team face top-tier competition both at home and on the road.
