Collin Chandler unleashes a John Wick-like intensity as he declares his comeback to the Kentucky Basketball team.
Collin Chandler is officially set to rejoin the Kentucky Wildcats.
While his return was largely expected, we finally received confirmation on Thursday.
Chandler took to Twitter, sharing a GIF of John Wick declaring, “Yeah, I’m thinking I’m back,” signaling his decision to return.
After completing a two-year Mormon mission, Chandler entered the past season as a true freshman. He spent the early months regaining his basketball form and adjusting to the collegiate level. The Utah native saw limited minutes early on but gradually earned a consistent role as the SEC season progressed and Kentucky headed into postseason play.
Across 30 games, the 6-foot-5 guard posted modest stats—2.7 points per game on 36.1% shooting (34.7% from beyond the arc) and 1.0 rebound. However, he showed promise during the NCAA Tournament, averaging 6.0 points on an efficient 55.6% from the field (62.5% from three on nine attempts), along with 1.7 steals and 1.0 rebound per game across three contests.
Chandler’s return gives the Wildcats valuable backcourt depth at both point guard and shooting guard.
Welcome back, Collin!
